Q. How do I place a team order?

To place a group order, please visit our Team Orders page and complete the form at the bottom of the page. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible!

Q. What is the minimum order quantity for a team order?

To receive a team order discount, the minimum order quantity must be at least 10 sets.

Q. What are the prices for a team order?

Pricing for team orders varies based on the initial order size and any customization requests. Please contact us for detailed pricing information.

Q. What is the process for team/company embroidery?

We make it easy to customize team. Simply fill out the "Team Orders" form and send us your logo. We'll digitize the artwork and create a sample for approval. Once approved, we'll begin the custom production.

Q. What scrub colors are available for team orders?

All Zenir products are available for Team Orders. Feel free to choose from our wide collection of colors and design!

Q. How long will it take for my team order to arrive?

Shipping times may vary depending on your shipping location and whether you order additional embroidery. Embroidery orders may take an additional 2 weeks to arrive.

Q. Can I cancel my team order?

To cancel an order, remove items, update embroidery details, or change the shipping address, please contact us at team@shopzenir.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make the necessary changes before your order is dispatched from the warehouse.   However, once embroidery work has begun, the order cannot be canceled or changed. Products with completed embroidery cannot be exchanged or returned.
